When I start the game the main menu does not shows the DLC or download option. Is there a way to enable those 16 dlc? Kind regards. So you don't see the menu option "downloadable content"? Did you complete the tutorial as suggested above? If you skipped that, maybe try replaying the tutorial?
Keep in mind that most of the dlc's do not have an immediate impact on your gameplay. It's not that relevant during the early stages of the game. Manually downloading the DLCs will only work with the normal version of the game.
